Swedish leaders

Wanted to create a parallel thread here mirroring discussion in the general forum about Swedish leaders. Might not be too much discussion since it has been done to death in the past, but what little consenus there is will be posted here.

Bernadotte should have his French values of 233, not 344 as currently.

Von Buddenbrock should be a 222, not a 233.

Feel free to add suggestions/ modifications, but try to confine discussion to general forum if possible

Wouldn't it be fitting, then, if the Swedish Bernadotte can't be changed, then the French one be 233?

OK, so no specific objections. I think we should go ahead, just give me a bit of justification with each one, to quote to him when I submit it.

The most obvious one is Bernadotte, he really should be changed to his french stats (from 3-4-4 to 2-3-3 I believe)

Baner ought to loose a point of shock but get a point of manuever instead, he's most famed for his exploits in that field after all.

Most admirals could get some - to their stats.

All of the swedish leaders except Engelbrekt and Gadh before the time of GIIA ought to loose siege-values if they have them.
