Swedish facepack?

I'm not sure why the vanilla skincolour is regarded as so wrong that it has to be changed, particularly when dealing with scandinavians :huh:
You mean to say that these are just new character models for the upcoming The Republic DLC?
It's more flavor and variation, so why not really (if you want it that is).
The republic is only supposed to add new clothes and hats, I'm pretty damn sure that Paradox is not going to include portrait dlc with it. (particularly since some people might prefer the default ones) This will be a separate face pack like the russian/african/mongol/fabled mediterranean ones.

We know the clothes are based on the new DLC "the republic", but the faces are different and if you look at the liege he's not wearing any vanilla stuff and he's a feudal king. Also the little portrait of a countess wearing some kind of veil with a purplish color in her face doesn't look too Republic either, does she? What's so special about the URL?

You obviously know nothing of Swedish anatomy. unlike other races Swedish people are not born of the union between men and women, but from the union between man and beard, in fact when a Swedish boy reaches the age of beardhood, a baby will fall out of the beard, causing the beard to fall off, onto the child head, creating a furry hat, thus ensuring life.
Flavor events would be nice for Scandinavia, since it is nearly identical to any other Christian Kingdom. Also needz moar civil war in Norway, they are far too stable which allows them to gain too many finnish provinces.
It stands to reason that the Swedes of all people would have found a way to make childbirth both more efficient and more beard-centric.

Guys, are you sure the face itself is different and not just the accessories? Can't it be a standard face in a different jacket and hat? This attire does look somewhat burgherly and the character actually is a burgher. It can be a Republic DLC feature.

I dont think thats a scandinavian DLC pack. I think The Republic simply add new clothes for characters following a merchant/republican path, and that this is simply these new clothes applied to the generic western faces, whereas those we've seen in Venice have darker skin because they are new republican outfits + Mediterranean portrait pack.
