Inexperienced player - just started 1066 campaign with Sweden.
Any ideas on what to do first?
So far I have enabled "Revoke Title" (though I had to buy/ask for 3 favours to get my Vassals to vote it in) so that I can revoke the country of Uppland (owned by my heathen half brother). My reason for doing so is because his title will pass onto the King of Denmark on succession since he has no heir (he is himself a legitmized bastard, so I don't know if his son would inherit his title anyway?). Unfortunately I didn't notice I had a non-aggression pact with him due to My own marriage with his sister. Unfortunate but now I have to kill her to void that non-aggression pact (at the moment I only have 108% plot power with not enough people to bribe to push it over to 150% so I hope that will be enough). Once that 's done I will have a revoke war with the Count of Uppland.
Once I've secured that line of sucession I plan to move onto the north Sweden Jemtland and Angermanland, both Pagan, I can already DoW if I want. That said there may be more money in Uusima Finland, it has the highest base tax revenue around for a pagan country at 15.5 ducats.
I also plan to marry of my son and heir to the Duchess of Meissen, however if I do this my heirs son will inherit a Duchy and unless he is a Duke himself he may leave me realm? I've really messed up marriage ties in my first game so would appreciate any help here. If my heirs son becomes the next heir to the kingdom himself will he inhert both the Duchy and Kingdom? Incorporating both into the Kingdom of Sweden?
