Incidentally, does anyone else think that Bohemia-Poland-Hungary should have its own creatable empire? Both Poland and Hungary have no de jure empire over them.

I think there should be empire level entities for Poland and Hungary. Poland should probably have incentives to expand into the Baltic and Hungary should have an incentive to take over Croatia and the Danube. I just hope they aren't called Empires because it's a bit annoying to come here and see people constantly complaining about "fictional empires" when if these entities were just Kings with a different border around their portrait and a higher base demesne nobody would complain.
