Try the versions 3.00 and 3.30 both worked for me but none between them for some reason.
hey guys so i checked the mod on the launcher but when it launches it just vanilla ck2 what's the problem
so little update i was just an idiot and didnt name the folder eskvn so it elder kings now but it crashes when loading (which also happens when i downloaded the regular version not the svn) so can someone tell me what the problem ? it crashes exactly when the loading screen says "talking with magnus"

I had the same question yesterday when I tried to download elder kings, but then I found out that the developers ceased the connection with the SVN... There will be no more ways to use Elder Kings via svn cuz they are trying to migrate towards github... So yep, no more SVN, but if ya try to go to this URL: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/release-elder-kings-26-09-2020.1427705/ it will lead you to where the last SVN version is... Im trying this on 2022, was the SVN server taken down? I remember that a couple of years ago I could download it following this steps (I tried to download the file fom [Release] Elder Kings 26-09-2020 but somehow the file just has about 260mb size so i fear it may not be as complete as the SVN version (I remember that years before the size was of more than 1GB).
For better or for ill, most discussion of this mod has moved to the discord server where it was announced that continued development of the CK2 version of Elder Kings is now on github https://github.com/jjsfw-jumbi/elder-kings-ck2

Discussion of the mod can still happen here, it is just that active development somewhat ceased due to the team working on the CK3 version.
There however are minor updates to the CK2 version every now and then.
