I know on PC there is a suspended monorail asset that can be used in place of the regular monorail from mass transit. Such systems would be nice on console for the people who like such vehicles and/or are trying to model a proposal of a real system in the game. Maybe the system could come in the next DLC along with articulated buses and other vehicles.
