Language file is in file "systems" in "SurvivingTheAftermath\Aftermath64_Data\StreamingAssets\AssetBundles\" . You must us for example "UnityEX" for extract language file "Localization.txt" from it.

I can only partially follow whats going on, so I am gonna give you some advice: keep original copies of files you intend to modify. That way, something goes wrong (usually inevitably), you can revert and try again. Commonly used by the modding communities of many games. Just remember to rename the original accordingly so you know which one is otherwise unmodified.
