Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Colonists are stuck on an endless loop between two domes within walking distance. The colonists are showing up as homeless and unemployed even though there is plenty of available work and housing in the colony and nearby domes.
They are endlessly walking between a dome specialized in industry and engineering, and a dome specialized in education.

The industry dome (named Sindre in the attached save file) is set to prefer educated engineers. The education dome (named Mimer in the attached save file) is set to prefer unspecialized colonists of every age

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. Disabling the preferences for the education dome stops the loop. Enabling the preferences starts the loop again.

Having the same issue. The colonists in the picture below are running in an endless triangle, running into the left entrance of the top done, out the right entrance of the top dome, then into the entrance of the bottom dome before immediately running back out again to restart their loop. Savegame file is attached.

EDIT: Just checked the colonists doing this, and they are ALL unspecialised, so the bug probably stems from that somehow...

Most if not all of the runners in my loop was educated and either officers or geologists I think so I don't know what to make of it. :/
Maybe it has to do with available work and it pulls anyone who currently isn't working in a building that corresponds to their specialty, pulling out my officers and geologists and your unspecialized since no one had a building in wich to apply a specialty?
