Various in-game problems after installation of tourism update

What is your game version?
I do not have a "Credits" option on my Options menu. Yes, I double checked.
Do you have Space Race installed?
No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
- Children not aging. Possibly other colonists as well, but I do not see an option to see how old they are (other than age group)
- Unable to rehouse citizens (they don't rehouse themselves and don't listen when I tell them to go live in another building either).
- Colonists who left on a rocket to investigate a planetary anomaly unable to leave the rocket upon returning.
- The "Vacant Residential Slots" indicator seems to be malfunctioning. In my current game it says that I have 104 Residential Slots available, but when I try to get a passenger ship from earth, I am warned that I only have space for 14 new residents.
- Tourists not aging/leaving.
I do not use any mods.
I could live with children not aging, but the other errors make the game rather unplayable.
