Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.

There are repair materials there are Drone hubs in range.
the dron picks up 2 electronics and just stands next to the Drone hub

Can you replicate the issue?

am having this exact same issue, so took my RC Commander there, have a depot with electronics, and it doesn't get repaired
if I mouseover the Drone Hub it says: "A drone is on the way to repair this building", but it's been saying that for a long time and nothing happens

Are you sure you're having the same issue, the OP is from March 2018.
Screenshots and/or a log would help

As I said, the issue is exactly the same, and the OP's screenshot shows what my screenshot would show: a broken Drone Hub, with a working RC Commander and spare Electronics near it.
The issue seems to be that a drone was assigned to repair it but never got there and the repair flag didn't get cleared.
My workaround was to demolish the Drone Hub and rebuild it, but had to pay the mats for it
