Rover and drones not interacting with universal depots properly.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As the new update came out with an endless supply option I thought I'd try it out and see how quickly I could get a mega dome. On or around Sol 26 all my universal depots are now unselectable for my transport rovers, pressing R2 and Square just flicks the cursor between the hexagon icon and the hexagon icon with the crosshair in the middle. I can still click on the universal depots manually without a transport rover selected but I now can't manually take any resources out any of my universal depots. My drones still take resources out of them automatically to build things. I don't know if it makes any difference but I was playing about with waypoints. But it appears to be a bug because I can't manually get a drone to take any resources either. I don't use any mods.
Can you replicate the issue?
I haven't tried. Bit reluctant to start again.
