Rocket re-lands itself after dust storm finishes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I had a rocket landed on the surface and fully loaded up ready to go.

Once the dust storm cleared, this rocket disappeared from the ground, replaced by the purple lander marker. The rocket then came back down from the sky with the door already open.

Once it landed, it still had all it's previous fuel and metals in it. I could then launch it as normal.

This rocket had been on the ground for several Sols already before the storm even started.

I have had several storms in this game, but have only seen this happen once.

Can you replicate the issue?
Of the several storms (and one great storm) I've had in this game, I have only seen this once so far.

Only got a very late screenshot, but you can see the rocket is still landing, with the door open, and already has exports and fuel inside it.

Oh, and even still has some controlled drones nearby, so whatever it's doing, it looks like it still though the rocket was on the ground the whole time, so maybe just the graphic re-triggered? I'm no programmer, but those drones did not get orphaned.
