Review colonist selections dropped when clicking "Back"

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Actual Behavior:
When preparing to load a Passenger rocket, If you select Review, choose some colonists, then click Back, your list of approved colonists is cleared.
Expected Behavior:
The list of approved colonists should somehow persist when trying to do things like change filters.
Suggested Behavior:
Maybe put a list over on the left of all of the approved colonists currently waiting to ride the current rocket, giving the player the chance to remove them if they find a better colonist to take that slot? As colonists are marked for approval, add them to the list. If filters are changed, only change the list of potential passengers and leave any previously selected approvals on the list.
It's frustrating to have chosen 10/12 colonists from a fairly substantial list, then click back to maybe try to narrow down the list to fill the last two slots, only to have the entire list cleared and have to go through the ENTIRE selection process again.
