I don't have one; I just checked in-game, if you do a SelectedObj:CheatMalfunction() on an rc safari in the mod editor. It'll show you the skin.

Normally Safari's aren't supposed to malfunction, but this can happen from a storybit. "Missing Rover" can happen during a dust storm, and it uses a random rover

The malfunctioned model for the Safari is the malfunctioned transport rover model (devs didn't expect it to be malfunctioned, but they forgot about story bits)
