Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Some time ago I've started fresh 900%+ challange with chaos theory game rule. As it turned out the first technology in my robotics line was "High-powered Jets" (Shuttle cargo capacity increased by 3). As I didn't have much of map scanned thus no anomalies so no other technology to do in this line I was forced to research it. CO2 Jet Propulsion was technology number 9 in that line so after some time I was finally able to do it. As it turned out High-powered Jets bonus doesn't work. Shuttles are always carrying 3 resources even if they clearly should take more.
Don't know if any of you had the same issue, it would be great if anyone could confirm this issue.
Can you replicate the issue?
yes, by starting new game with chaos theory and High-powered Jets being discovered and researched before CO2 Jet Propulsion.
