Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I send items (prefabs) from surface to underground and they disappear, never arrive underground, is not an option on either to send back or send again

Same here, Steam/Windows/Latest, all DLC, happens every time I try it.

Fortunately, I started messing with underground after I was drowning in cash, so losing shipful of Sterling and Hub prefabs wasn't that big of a deal.

Still annoying though, and definitely slows me down.

I'm having the same problem - ordered some drone hub and stirling generator prefabs from Earth, load them into the Elevator, and then they're just...gone. I get a warning that there aren't enough prefabs to fill the Elevator, and then there are zero on both sides. Very frustrating, as it is preventing me from building in the Underground. Happened twice in a row, too.

X Box series X, all content owned and installed, I keep losing my prefabs. I came back after a month to see if it’s been fixed, but nope

Bump, same here. All prefabs are just disappearing when I try to send them down the elevator. Im on PC

Still getting the same problem. Really frustrating that these bugs never get fixed.

Same. Lost quite a few now, and can't expand underground when I need to.

Ditto, a three month old bug that ruins a third of the game maps, yeah....

I've found a mod that fixes it, choggi's bugfixes, available on Steam. Modders always rescue games!
