Description
Power Switches and Pipe Valves don't function

What is your game version?
227.923

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Switches and Valves don't appear to prevent leaks from faults on cables and pipes. Network still shows a resource loss until repaired, even though the fault shows loss of 0.

Also, as pictured, a cable fault caused 2 in-dome buildings to lose power seemingly at random. Nothing else in network lost power, and power was operating at a surplus (although during this fault, batteries were discharging, again even though the switches were activated).

Can you replicate the issue?
Not on purpose, but happens pretty much every time I have a fault

My friend may have shed some light on this issue. It may not be that I'm still losing power, it may just be that the network display shows your entire network regardless of location or being closed off, so the fault is still counted in that even though it won't drain any storage or anything. I'll need to confirm by checking a battery next time it happens, but that makes total sense. Would still be good to have a fault displayed in the network tool tip (rather than being included in "demand").
