Description
Passenger Ship Residences Available Incorrect

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Ever since I built my first Medium Dome (which is also when I built my first apartments, so it might be linked to that), the "Available Residences On Mars" in the passenger ship screen is significantly lower than the "Vacant Residential Slots" in the main colony info screen.

It looks to me like "Available Residences" corresponds to the actual number of completely empty buildings (1 apartment complex), while "Vacant Residential Slots" is the number of empty beds.

The problem is that there is a warning popup that there isn't enough space for new residents when I try to launch the rocket. Yes, I can override it, but it's confusing.

Also I wonder what else is being calculated off of the Available Residences? Number of applicants perhaps?

Can you replicate the issue?

I had this happen when I had a residence in a new dome turned off, so it looks like only residences that are currently "active" are considered.

Might be a good idea for them to have it take into account all residences, as they're **technically** available.

I have this with my current game as India.
My first (and only atm) dome is a medium dome, and my I only build apartment buildings. As India I can deel with the lower comfort just fine :)
When launching a passenger rocket these apartment buildings apparently don't count as empty places for new residents:(
