Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In underground, I have no ability to produce oxygen (no Moxie) when connecting to the above ground o2\water network (pipes) I can not accumulate water\o2 underground (tanks wont fill) no mater how much production I have above ground...got my water production to over 40 with a need of just over 12 would not fill below ground tanks. No mater how much water I produce underground tanks will not fill!

ALL MODS Disabled!!!

Can you replicate the issue?
