Description
Mod icon on steam in "recent" and other lists is not displayed

What is your game version?
227.923

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Expected to see icon for the mod on steam workshop, but there is none.

Can you replicate the issue?
I have created a simple mission logo pack mod (link http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1332013541)

I have specified mod image in Mod def (in metadata.lua):
return PlaceObj('ModDef', {
...
'image', "UI/EML_EyePackImageUI.tga",
...
})

What I expected to happen: a mod should have icon, or if it does not have an icon uploading a new image over steam should replace that icon.

What happened: Mod does not have an icon (in "recent" list http://steamcommunity.com/workshop/...browsesort=mostrecent&section=readytouseitems)

Noticed the similar issue for other new mods. Most likely we modders are doing something wrong, but there is no information how to do this right.

Quite the opposite: you modders are doing something right, but we did something wrong.

There's a bug that makes it impossible to have an image both in-game or in Steam Workshop.
If the format is TGA, the image will be visible in-game, but won't be visible on Workshop.
If the format is PNG, the image will be visible on the Workshop, but not be visible in the game. We recommend this, as it's more important for people to be attracted to your mod when browsing the Workshop.

Needless to say, this will be fixed in the first mod-related update. (Meaning once we get most of the horrible crashes and visual corruptions out of the way.)
