Hey everyone! We believe we have a fix, and it's being validated now. Hoping to push a hotfix live on Monday!

We apologies for the frustrations this has caused, and really appreciate your help in helping us track it down. After the patch goes live, we'll follow up again to make sure it's resolved all your issues

Hey everyone! We had thought that the issues would be resolved with the Cernan patch - it seems that it fixed the issue for most Mac users, but not all.

We are continuing to investigate, but will need time and your help to figure out why only a small portion of Mac users are suffering from these crashes.
