Game crasahing after clicking on any menu option

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Today when I went into the game, anytime I clicked on anything other than mod editor it is crashing, even the options and credits to get the version number asked above. When I go into the mod editor it is not showing any of my mods loaded, and when I right click and load one it crashes. My most recent saved game is not loadable because of the mods missing. If I try to start a new game it crashes as well.
Can you replicate the issue?
yes, i just click on any thing and it crashes.
