Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Since the Tourism update, lakes always appear visually to have liquid water, as though they are thawed, regardless of the temperature. The ice graphics frozen lakes should have are never shown. Visuals of lake do not change with terraforming progress or during cold waves.
This is a purely visual problem. The lakes still function as expected in gameplay, with the infopanel description stating it is frozen at low temperatires, and no contribution to terraforming progress until thawed.
I did not have this problem when the Green Planet dlc first came out, the problem only started when I re-installed the game after the Tourism update, on a new PC.
Have tried disabling all mods and verifying game files. Problem still occurs every time.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. Start a new game, build a lake, the lake has liquid water graphics when it should have ice graphics. Happens every time.
