I got the surviving mars when it was free on the epic store, but ever since my cousin logged into my epic account, when I tried to launch the game it said it wasn't installed on my device and it wasn't showing up in the library on my cousins pc. I really need help getting the game back.

There were a bunch of people who had (still have?) this issue around the Borderlands 3 launch. It seems a lot like the Epic Games launcher has (surprise surprise) serious issues with poorly-implemented cloud saves.
