Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
For the capital city, the bonuses for the hanging garden and the farms aren't applied. I have several apartments that are suppose to receive the farms and hanging garden bonus but it doesn't. I do have other domes, both oval and others where the bonuses from the farm and/or hanging garden is applied. I've checked if the mods I have are interfering but has no effect, the mods are just simple radio ones. I'm playing as Japan as the city mayor with the mirror mystery. I also have the capital city on 4 different research bonuses that I'm lucky enough to have them all be close together.

Can you replicate the issue?
First time playing with the green planet DLC and haven't gotten to play another time to get to that part.

I can't see why this would be happening in this colony, sorry. AFAIK it's not a general problem.
