Building Tunnels - Drones Leave Boundary to Build Other End

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I don't think this is suppose to happen because drones don't have a long battery life and the drone hubs, ships, ect.. create a boundary for them.

Problem:
Drones leave the boundary of the "Drone Hub" or "Ship" when attempting to build the Tunnel to build the other end. I did toggle the priority of the building from medium to high, unsure if that is related or not.

Can you replicate the issue?
YES, Attached a Game Save to Replicate Issue, Simply turn on the tunnel and keep an eye on the drones.

Video below shows me replicating the issue on the game save.
