I'm finding in a lot of my games, its too easy to trigger the major surrender events. Acutally the only surrender event that is hard to trigger is Fall of the Dragon for china...
In a recent German game, I decided to do one thin spearhead from poland to Moscow, knowing that I had a good chance of getting bitter peace by just taking moscow. It worked and with very few provinces taken the Russian Folded. That event definetly needs to be made harder to trigger, at LEAST make it so lenningrad has to not be in Soviet hands too.
I'd consider adding a couple more requirements for the UK surrender too. Pretty easy to trigger. Maybe make Alexandria, or Calcutta or Belfast a requirement also?
Anyways, i'd beef up the requirements for all the surrender events, so the player "plays the game" more and lets the events flow instead of cherry picking the one province that causes a vast nation to collapse.
