I'm finding in a lot of my games, its too easy to trigger the major surrender events. Acutally the only surrender event that is hard to trigger is Fall of the Dragon for china...

In a recent German game, I decided to do one thin spearhead from poland to Moscow, knowing that I had a good chance of getting bitter peace by just taking moscow. It worked and with very few provinces taken the Russian Folded. That event definetly needs to be made harder to trigger, at LEAST make it so lenningrad has to not be in Soviet hands too.

I'd consider adding a couple more requirements for the UK surrender too. Pretty easy to trigger. Maybe make Alexandria, or Calcutta or Belfast a requirement also?

Anyways, i'd beef up the requirements for all the surrender events, so the player "plays the game" more and lets the events flow instead of cherry picking the one province that causes a vast nation to collapse.

There's some nice triggers one could use instead of certain provinces. I never understood why they never used them.

lost_national = {}
lost_ic = {}
region = { region = <> value = <> }

The chinese surrender events uses them, and more (chinese army has to be destroyed to a certain level before the surrender will fire on top of other stuff).

I suggest more of those extra triggers should get plugged into the other surrender events, because I fired bitter peace in my game and I dont think I destroyed a single russian division, just one strong thin spearhead from east prussia to moscow, just dosent seem right compared to the layers of conditions to fire Fall of the Dragon.

To be honest, I disagree with you on the UK surrender event. I've made the UK surrender in about three games as Germany now, and each time I did it by occupying the entirety of England and some of Scotland. I reckon if that was done the UK historically would have surrendered and become like the Free French. I'd say the thing that needs fixing about the UK invasion in general is that it's far too easy to send one paratrooper division across to Exeter, rush your entire army over to the UK and continue the invasion from there.

What exactly about the UK surrender are you finding so easy?
