It would be great to have a 'Surface Painter' style mod on the console versions / vanilla base game. There are a number of areas in my cities I'd like to add concrete / grass to in order to make some of my builds more realistic - particularly adding concrete to industrial areas.
I appreciate we are getting an increased number of base-game surface tile options but these don't quite have the flexibility of being able to 'paint' the surface within and around buildings.
