Please Paradox fix the Aq Qoyunlu situation because in everygame they are just eaten by the Mamlucks/Ottomans or Qara Qoyunlu eventhough they historically defeated Qara Qoyunlu and took all of Persia.
Maybe you can give them a special modifier or an Event were they leave East Anatolia and get some Provinces in Azerbaijan/Iran.

At the very least, they shouldn't begin the game with 10 "base" unrest...at least not without other nations being given that too.

IMO the game needs less hand holding rather than more, so rather than seeing Aq Q juiced I'd rather see less nonsensical "historical" things.
The great problem is that they are a horde.
The only hordes that seem to manage to survive or be strong are hordes that start strong (many provinces,big basetax).
But at 1444 Aq qoyunlu doesnt posses much but they are many (They were a pretty big confoderation of tribes) so the problem is that EU4 cant emulate this historical situation.

Would you say traditions that give land force limit and lowered army maintainance would emulate it better?
The only thing that would make them survive is a historical friend bonus with the Ottomans and that the Ottomans dont have a Core on their territory.
And maybe unique ideas, some events would make them atleast somewhat succesfull.

We could massively increase the development in their starting provinces. Then have an event that causes them to lose that development once they conquer more territory. Actually we could do that with all the hordes.
