Support a War or Uprising!

or support uprising like Russia supported Balkan states against Ottoman Empier!

I think most people will respond with, "just make an alliance with them." What's even more interesting is using spies to provoke wars between two other powers. It's a cool idea but I've not seen it done very well before.

Although you should expand on your idea more, i'll chime in. One thing that most games have lacked is a good "clandestine" way of effecting conflicts. Paradox games are no exception(I haven't played the cold war thing so I don't know about that.) It would be nice if, as a larger power, you could subversly keep a smaller power alive.

There are already some suggestions to this matter, some even from me in other threads. Many agree with you to have this ability (including me)
