I was watching the WWW videos - specially the one where Johan builds up in Eqypt. In the latest video he is also expanding the harbor in Alexandria to get more supply to the region.
I think that state and province improvement buildings like AA, forts, rocket and so on should use a little bit of supply in the region. It feels a bit unrealistic that Johan was quickly able to build up level 10 forts in Eqypt. It should come at an expense of supply use so he couldnt have as many troops in the region as he is now able to.
Buildings do require maintance and personel to operate and function. A little supply use would model that.
