So I took over China as Japan and it appears to me that the supply system seems to broken throughout China and a good deal of Asia. It appears that the game can't calculate where supply is coming from, so that the supply hubs don't connect even though they are connected. I'm not sure what causes the issue. Whether it's because supply comes from over seas. Maybe it's because the game is using the rivers for supply instead of railways.
It's definitely frustrating to spend hours playing a game only to find that the supply system appears not to work in the area of a country you decided to play.
