Supply/Resource Ports

Hello,

I took Norway (as Germany) and wanted to change the initial port of Stavanger to Oslo for my resource/supply lines port in that country. After I manually deleted it I tried to create a new one but it only lists Stavanger as an option for the country. Is this hardwired into the game or am I doing something wrong?

Did you allow any time to tick between deleting all routes and trying to recreate one?

Yeah, I did intentionally afterwards. But it didn't work.

Turn off automatic convoy creation and it will work.
