Playing as Great Britain, 1939 scenario, patch 1.03.
After Italy declared war on Greece, my divisions conquered Albania(part of Italy from the beginning of scenario) from Greek territory - 2 Albanian provinces are now controlled by Greece. My divisions located in Tirana are now out of oil & supply although the supply map and those little "in supply" icons tell me otherwise! Divs don't regain org, tanks have no fuel. Setting up convoys with supplies & oil to Tirana or Dodecanesos doesn't help. I remember the same thing happening when Bulgaria was conquered from Greek territory in my earlier 1.02 game.
