This ruined my game, can anyone explain?
Playing as Germany I saw that Nat Spain was losing, so I declared war on Rep Spain and send a huge force to help my new friends. Managed to get Nat Spain into Axis. After a while Nat Spain annexes Rep Spain and my forces turn to France. They are supplied from Bilbos, which seems to be the capital of Nat Spain for the while. Then, on 2nd May 1938, suddenly Nat Spain seems to move their capital to Madrid. Fine with me, BUT: all my forces are "out of supply" from now on! Why? What can I do?

Just wait. The troops should be supplied by NSP after a short ammount of time.

Actually, they weren't... I waited several days to no effect. I could fix the problem by saving and loading though - when I reloaded the game all the troups were in supply again.

It's not a bug, but a feature ..... of the language.

Let say all C/C++ languages share in common to be time depending :

line 1 will be read then line 2 then line 3 ..... I can give 2 exemples : first on the net, some websites who rely heavily on javascript will show errors when opening, but will show no errors when all the page is in the browser memory, I recently hadthe case with a site that display free TV. Second exemple is from the game it self, when czeckoslovaquia is annexed by both germany and hungria, the event say Germany must get an ARM divission (As in the Keep Mgr Tiso version of that event) but it does not appear. The reason is the ARM must appear in a old Tzeck province, that is not already german (the remapping is made AFTER the creation of the ARM).

In your case, yo uhave to reload, or maybe simply move your troops, or simply come with some TP, load in the TP some div, and just go to sea and be back in the same province. I know it sucks, but that is not possible to fix it outside the .exe, and I am also unsure it's possible to fix it simply (simply you have to wait an event that will force the AI to remap what is display).

Can't you fix it by just hitting the "split Corps" button, and transferring all of the Divisions into a new Corps (leaving the old Corps empty)?

That should re-initialize the Supply-algorithym, yes?

... seems to me that it should work...
