i would like to offer a suggesstion on letting supply depots be relocated.
2 suggestions really. i think your overseas supply depots most important should be relocatable. you invade a country perhaps from an indirect route for deception purposes. conquer the whole thing, but the supply deport remains at the far province? you should be able to shorten up teh supply lines by having it moved. either thru creating a second depot and then filling it. or just relocating the original.
secondly, and this is a much more minor desire. the ability to create a secondary depot from your capital. if you know you are going to lose your capital you could start attempting to move supplies out to another province. it should be a percentage i think of your tc, can move a percentage of your supplies. a big depot might never be evacuated in time but you might manange to protect some of your supplies.
