Supply Convoy Bug : Out of Oil?

I currently have a 3 division armored army unit sitting in Casablanca, North Afrika. It is in my control, because I annexed France. I have a supply convoy of 30 transports running oil and supplies to Casablanca. Under the convoy tab, it shows it is running oil and supplies every day (something like 56 oil), and yet my armored division is showing it is out of oil, and is slowly decaying. The convoy has not been attacked at all. The same if it is in any of these other northern provinces which are under my control.

Anybody know why this is happening?

maybe you have a different convoy sailing from somewhere in africa back to europe and its shipping the oil back?

Not sure, have to check on that. I thought that it only shipped back the unused oil though, didn't think it would be shipping it right back.

one would think so as all values are calculated at 0:00 thus there should be an easy way to do this.. dont know why its not done that way.
