I have a question, which do you think is better HOI2 or Superpower2. I have both and I know HOI2 is more technical, but the interface of Superpower 2 is easier and SP2 is more stable, until HOI2 puts out a new patch. I would just like to hear your input on this. Thanks.

I beg your pardon? SP2 more stable? Boy was that a laugh. Interface better? Ha, good joke old boy.

In sheer fun terms, Superpower 2 wins hands down, as it funny when the UK elect a Sien fein government, Taiwan leeps to the defence of Israel when Bolivia declares war on them , and when the United States nukes cuba , so it must be a fun loving AI.

Fist of all, SP2 and HoI2 can't even be compared, they are compeltely different games in both style, grace (or in Sp2's lack there of) and technical aspects. HoI2 kicks SP2 in every direction under the sun.

Paradox should make a game like Superpower 2!!!

I have both the games. I love Superpower 2 and I wish Paradox could make such a game with its own flavor. But I dont expect such a game from Paradox because they dont listen to the customers' opinion and do just what they think. They are rigid not flexible.

Yeah, right Superpower :) I figured there's something wrong with the game when I conquered Venezuela with some MiGs from an aircraft carrier, and no infantry at all.

Heh what brings out the troll in you, crack? PI listen to the customers a whole lot of more times than any other company I can think of (EA?). Please do list what companies you are comparing with. Of course, some ideas don't make it but that doesn’t mean that they don’t listen.

IMHO, it’s not even close: Hoi2 wins hands down. I’m sure SP2 has its merits, but unfortunately whatever merits the game has are greatly diminished by the intrusive & virus-like copy protection Golem labs opted to use, Starforce 3. It made my system more unstable than even the worst spyware or Trojans that I’ve ever been hit with in all the years I’ve owned a PC.

I spent the first week I owned SP2 trying to make it work. I uninstalled it, and then spent the second week trying to undo the damage it did to my software environment. I ended up having to reformat my HDD.

Heh a lot of other companies do listen to their customers a lot than may be Paradox does!!! Had Paradox been giving some attention to their customers' wishes at least they could reply them whether they can comply with their requests or not as it wont cost them a cent but would give customers the impression that at least they care. They dont give a damn.
