Burgundian succession integrates all subjects apart from nevers that goes to France if you pick Austria iirc. But how did you vassalise all of the HRE in time? I know theres subjugation CBs you can get on the electors

Offer vassal by Deplomatic
Diplomatic points might be -999, but is cheaper than integrating
To offer vassal in diplomatic, you must be Emperor of HRE(-75 to -25) and you must vassal France Before dip point is under -999.
Electors cannot be vassal in deplomatic So just make them small(release Nations and return core)
Free Cities also cannot be vassal in deplomatic so revoke free city.

Anyway, it takes time to vassal France(You must invade at least three times) so I became a Emperor of HRE at 1480.(To proceed without risk, France must be vassalled before the marie event )

For reference, as atwix mentioned, I did a similar thing by doing a speed revoke:

Before we figured out how to speed revoke, I did think about OP's strat of just vassalizing everyone in the HRE, but I didn't think it'll be possible in his magnitude.

IF Fast HRE Emperor or Personal Union with France, it isnt hardto do so.
but 1.Im not good at battle and 2.became Emperor So late in that Game
