I have bought all dlc and I really looked forward to sunset invasion. However after the first few provinces, the Aztecs remain passively in place for decades with their 100K+ stack, no matter if I use console commands to give them a ton of prestige and piety. In observer mode, the whole map is buzzing EXCEPT the Aztecs.
Paradox, I love your game. I spent a ton of money on it gladly. However can you please help me address this issue. I created another thread on it as well if you'd like to see my observations.
They have not converted. Horse Lords is active and the game is patched up to the most recent one.
