Sunset Invasions still not available on Steam?

It is available, make sure you check the box "show downloadable content" in the steam store.
At this point I'm not going to buy Sunset Invasion, mostly because ingame store seems to be giving me constant errors. SI isn't on the DLC list. If I go to it's separate page (by using advertisement link on CKII main menu), then it sometimes fails to load the page and when I finally get SI into my cart it refuses to accept any sort of payment* and gives error which says that "try again later or contact support". Steam hasn't done this with any other games or DLC which I have recently purchased, so it seems that just Sunset Invasion hates me.
*I have actually only tried PayPal and credit card, but it seems to be giving error before actually trying to charge money (i. e. before PayPal log in) so I doubt the method matters much.

I bought Sunset Invasion through the Ingame Store. I could find it no where else. It is checked on the list of DLCs in the launcher. I wish theocracies or republics were made playable instead.
For me its the first option when I write Crusader Kings II in the search window. Its also listed on the new releases list.
It won't be listed if you go to CK2 in your game library and click DLC. Just type "Sunset Invasion" into the steam store search.
Finally Steam started to work like it should and I got my copy of SI. It still doesn't show on the list of DLC in the ingame store page.
