Sunset Invasions - Cultural Renaming of Titles?

I am curious, I remember in the destructoid impressions article, they mention being able to rename territories in game; whether that meant automatic renaming or having to do it manually, the concept of renaming duchy and higher titles is something I've personally wanted for a while.

So I'm curious, I've been fiddling with the Sunset Invasions for a while, and still haven't seen any ability to do so.

You can rename provinces and baronies, but that's about it, as far as i know. (you've been able to do this for a while)
