Sunset Invasion Breaking Other DLCs?

I've just purchased and installed the Sunset Invasion DLC via Steam.
Now whenever I boot up the game it doesn't read any of the DLC I already have (SOI LOR) or the Sunset Invasion DLC itself.
Is anyone else have this problem? Is it worth doing a full reinstall?
