Sunset Harbor not showing on owned items

Hello,

Hopefully this is the correct place to post this question. So please correct if its wrong.

My question is this. I recently bought the Sunset Harbor which is registered on Steam and showing up on the game main menu. The DLC isn't showing on the owned items section on this website. I've used the sync option but this hasn't helped. Can anyone help with this?

No-one has it. I don't think CO made a badge for that DLC
