Bought the add on for ps4 yest. Has downloaded, but wont instal. Game still has 1 garbage truck/incinerator going out...garbage pileups making the game unprogressable. FIX

If your base game was on a DVD then the problem is likely it is a different Sony region than the PSN store you bought SH from. You'll need to contact PSN support to sort that out, if that is the situation.
