Spain will pay the OE an indemnity of 5k for breaking the treaty, after the conclusion of this war. That's my form of reparations. I should not have broken a treaty I signed and although Tonio did not request this, I am undertaking this commitment unilaterally. I'm sure Tonio will use the cash to try to destroy Spain, but I'll deal
Also, public limits to expansion from offensive wars:
Spain's demands from OE: 3 Mediterrenean islands. I will do all I can to end the war in a timely fashion though, so if other things are what I need to stabhit for, don't think I won't.
Spain formally offers the olive branch to Sweden for the next 69 years. In the likely event that Sweden declines, as Copenhagen will not be returned peacefully, Spain will not seize more than the remainder of Denmark + Osel. But the olive branch has been formally extended publicly. If Sweden declines, her warmongering intent can be clear for all to see, and Spain will act swiftly and accordingly, rather than allow the Swedes time to build up again and attempt to crush the Spanish navy against the Ottoman anvil. Should other powers intervene, Spain reserves the right to demand other things and either trade them or come back later, not to mention that relations will be damaged with any intervening powers.
Spain has no other claims on any other European powers.
Note: This stated policy does not preclude Spain from taking part in other wars to preserve the viability of other nations or the balance of power, real or perceived. Also, Spain will, if it is within her power, seize territory over and above the listed above in a defensive war, so various powers should consider themselves forewarned before commencing war with Spain.
The various non-European nations, except the OE, should also consider themselves fair game, should the Spanish feel so inclined.
