No more then 5 provinces may be taken from the current war against France. And, France cannot take more then 3 provinces from her enemies (France is alone vs everyone right? If she is alone, France can only take 3 provinces, if France got human allies, then 5 provinces).

But now i understand why English is English, and why American is American... Oh dear...

Absolut or even Sid to a certain degree, can prove that i made these rules, one by one. I wrote them all in a notepad file, and sent it to each of them. It took me hours till i got the rules written down. Absolut complained heavily about this, because he wanted to start posting.

I was also busy doing some other things... Well, in total, it took me about 6 hours to finish writing the rules. Awesome, isnt it?

If we all agree to kill the province rule now then fine. Just remember ill show the same to you if/when i get the upper hand....

You wil however find it very hard to stab hit me for so many provinces. In fact i think its impossible so good luck with that

hehe I think you're a good player and maybe that is just why I attacked you^^ I like your type of gaming but France tend to be too big if noone stops him and they get explorers too!!

I want this to be friendly too it's still just a game (although you get angry if something bad happens to you)

the 5provs is (Cots count as 3 provs) I never saw that but now I did...

I look forward to many great wars in this game and now when we are getting borders to eachother (except Sid ) the war is meant to begin ;P

Some egotistical people like to edit back all provinces taken against the rules plus any related cores plus any extra territory your vassals may have plus 200 ducats per year plus 6 inflation points plus ressurect any dead leaders. Are you sure you want these people representing your case?

lol I have never heard of a 15 province offer
I think the offer is 6 provs (westfalen, prov bordering Pfalz,Flandern,Lombardia,Hainut and a prov I don't know)

I'm sorry that you feel I'm insulting you ego I'm only stating the facts. If somebody steals from you he is a thief. Lastly, you are abusing your powers as Co-GM. You decided to edit punishment for other nations, even without consulting the GM.

I am a GM. Wasn't to hard to figure out you were pressuring Sid to get me to reverse it.

You also edited "rewards" to other nations, with the excuse of these nations being played by "newbies" and of being "friendly" towards you.

The only "rewards" I've edited are AAR rewards. I always post in this thread all edits before the game, not in secret like you in your games. I do that so everyone knows and if anyone has a problem with them they can say so. Don't be so vague in your accusations. I've heard no complaints from the players you're trying to drum up trouble, what's the word for that-- ah right-- agitator.

You are a Co-GM last time i heard. Sid said it once as well. It seems that you decided to take up his place instead. I found it ridiculous that i was getting -1 stability when i did nothing, and that Crazy Horde, or in other words your great friend Troy, was getting the same "punishment". He broke rules, i did not. I get -1 stab hit, and he does it as well? What kind of GMing is this? Cannot understand it.

Stating facts is one thing, insulting is another totaly diferent thing. I told you repetitively times that you should not get a single province from the war vs Burgundy. What did you do? Take provinces from them. Everyone knew that England was ghosted. What did you do? Attack them. I Warned you consecutively, that you were going against the rules and what did you do? Insult me.

This is, all about other game. Which has nothing to do with this. A GM, as it says in the rules, should not bring old grudges from other games to this one. You failed miserably at following these rules. Indeed, what could be expected from a player that always breaks rules against the GM's warnings?

Oh, and saying that you post edits before the game. Well so do i. I posted all edits a few days before session started, but only gave files to people a few minutes before game started. Tried to get Sid to host the files on his webpage, but did not work. I know i should have given the files earlier... But, i did post what edits would take place in the game thread. Not my fault if you didnt read it.

P.S. i never disregarded the facts that you wrote... But these "facts" were pure BS. In every sense of the word. I warned you, so many times, that i cant even remember how many. You prefered not to hear them. As a GM, i dont even need to warn anyone. Rules are Rules, and Rules are to be followed to the letter. Just tell me one thing. In real life, do your momy and daddy have to tell you that stealing something from someone is forbidden by the laws? It is exactly the same thing as a GM.

If you are an ignorant, and do not know the laws, you will still be punished. Same thing as in ORR. You broke rules, and if you did not know you were breaking them, your own fault. You got yourself to blame for that. But hell, again, i warned you. Using the excuse of being an ignorant/new player is not apropriate for this situation, as well.

And please, if you want to say anything, say it in a "civilized way" (as it says in the rules). I am not tolerating being insulted one more time, and will inform administrators if i am.

well Bob hasn't got anything edited yet and my edits was less than what you wanted me to have so don't say you didn't approve the edits of BB

I dont know if you are speaking about how many provinces he took from aragon or not, since i was not there to see. But if he wants to declare war on aragon, and if aragon is a vassal of someone, he needs to attack the overlord first hand.

I agree, the rule should stay. I dont want to see this game turn too bloody and harsh.

Also I think, if France took too many provinces (with COT being worth more than one province) from Austria, that much more should be allowed to be taken from France in this war.

If Cheech gets punished, I wouldnt want it to be too harsh, since he is fighting major gang afterall. What perhaps should be done is to compensate Spain for the lost troops he could have gotten via annexing Aragon.

But just my opinion.

Explanation for my edit requests:

-5DP sliders. Well this is not the direction I would have taken a country in, simply put, they would hardly give me perfect sliders. In fact I would need 4 of the 5 just to get offensive 9 which nearly everyone else has.

-BB reduction, when I started playing Russia had a BB of 26 and had taken very few provinces from the start, losing 4 cores in fact. I do not see where this BB has come from, Russia doesn't seem to have gained anything from it so I'd like it to be editted to a more reasonable level (for example, my expansion of Russia by 11 provinces last session cost me 4 BB, where on earth did the previous 26 come from?)

-Land tech increase. With damn near everyone european power having LT 9 this is kinda needed to help Russia fight ever. It is still lower than the Swedish LT5 and is lower than China even.

I've asked for these edits to give Russia a chance at being any sort of power, not because i want to make an uber-russia for me to play.

I think the ganging of France is harsh enough since it will make him lose 1 prov more than allowed, if it succeds that is

I think the rule of DoWing Aragon before spain is worse but I don't want you to be punished so hard(or at all) for that

None protested at that one either at the time..... Normally if such a mistake (and mistake it was) happens the player would pause the game and demmand i peace them. Noone said this? I though that i checked aragon and they wernt vassals of spain, only allies. People just commented things like 'what are your demmands on aragon'.....
