If you're interested in a perm spot, show up on sunday and we'll see how many can be accommodated.

And in addition, usually some players won't show up so maybe you can take their spot.

I do. I played a preliminary game as Austria while waiting on the patch. Needless to say...one of the things they fixed in it (regency councils are no longer subject to succession wars) came up in my game. My monarch died, and a regency council took over. However, Bavaria and Burgundy decided to fight a succession war over it and I had to pick one(went with Burgundy on a coin toss). Anyways, Bavaria then called my alliance to arms to help it fight Burgundy and...Austria
