Abbasid-Sharriff Order of the Holy cities
All parties signing this treaty, must abide by the contract, unless the powers at be break the treaty or dissolve it.The binding contract will enforce the old Imperial borders of the ancient Abbasid Caliphate since 893, until 1258.
Political Nature
1. The Hedjaz state, will swear featly servitude under the newly revitalized Caliphate, putting the state under the protection of Cairo.
2. The title of "Protectors of the Holy mosques" will be transfered from the Sharriff family to the Abbasid Dynasty as ordained before 1258, keepers of the holy mosque will remain under the dynasty of the Hedjaz.
3. The Caliphate will extract for the Hedjaz, a 2 vote capacity in the Abbasid Knosul held in Cairo.
4. The Hedjaz Sultanate will remain partially independent, but must try to assimilate into Abbasid Judicary and laws.
Religious Nature
1. The Caliphate will accept the faith choosen by the Hedjaz, weither it be sunni or shia.
2. The Caliphate will support the hedjazi state to convert to the Ture faith and sect in the future, if hedjaz finds the path acceptable.
3. The Holy mosques will be put under joint Abbasid-Sharriffi protection.
4. The Caliphate will protect all sunni,shia and sunhia pilgrims to Mecca.
5. Religious reefuges will be allowed safe passage into Hedjaz.
6. The votes for the Cliphate elections will be independantly governed, Hedjaz may freely choose any candidate which she deems as good without Abbasid intervention.
Military and Economic
1. All vassal taxes will be lifted from the Hedjaz.
2. Hedjaz will gain Abbasid protection and funding.
3. Hedjaz must protect Abbasid intrests abroad and the Caliphate will do the same for hedjazi intrests.
4.All pacts, (Zayyanid,Timurid, or any other) will dissolve in the period of exactly 1 year since the signing of the treaty.Afterwards, there will be a militristic bind between the Caliphate and the Hedjaz.
