Got any save games? Stuff like this is far easier for us to evaluate if you can get a save file where it consistently happens uploaded.
Have some fixes to some famous suicide cases (e.g. DOTF) in next patch, but there may be new regressions I'm not aware of.
Also generally interested if you can elaborate on "retardation", need to know what's wrong to be able to improve it.
Most bug fixes were indeed mostly fixes to weird behavior rather than "AI now plays better" stuff for this particular version, but I might be able to make it actually play better in the future.
